At the beginning of  the year 2012 Sealand Offshore Services starts operations in Libya. with the aim to give a whole solution to the Maritime Industry, mainly addressed to Aids to Navigation, Port Authorities, Maritime Terminals, Managers & Vessel Traffic Service Authorities as well as in Diving and Subsea Engineering.

In 2013 due to its entrepreneurial nature the company began to provide services to industrial facilities not only aimed at Oil & Gas shore facilities but also other shore facilities related with the sea as  Desalination Plants or Chemical Plants. In both cases, these industries share a significant percentage of their facilities with the Offshore sector, as sea water intakes or effluent discharges, jetties or mooring facilities, which is why they turn out to be a natural growth area for the company.

In 2015, to meet the demand for a wide range of services in the industrial sector such as corrosion engineering or non-destructive testing, among many others, as a result of the growth of the industrial business, the On-Shore division was created as an Independent Business Unit. At the same time, the company continued operations in the maritime context as it had been doing since 2008..

The continuous evolution of the business model and the strong growth of the original business services portfolio focused on Maritime Industry led to the creation of the Off-Shore division in 2016, which brings together all the maritime services that the company initially provided; with the aim of continuing to provide a high level of service to our clients.

At the beginning of 2018, for reasons of efficiency, since in the vast majority of clients there are mixed projects that affect both divisions, Offshore and Onshore, the technical direction of the company is unified under the direction of a single Engineering Manager, the Chief Operating Officer.

This adaptation of the company’s structure to the needs of the clients and in general to the needs of the market in Libya they make that in 2019 the company is re-organized under the name Sealand North Africa On-Offshore Services.

Currently the company continues its evolution and growth with the continuous incorporation of new products and services adapted to the needs of the Libyan and North Africa markets.

Our Directors have a collective working experience well in excess of 50 years, dealing in operations and management of projects in Aids to Navigation, Subsea engineering, Marine Services and On-Offshore projects.

This is further enhanced by the strong body of professional personnel working at Sealand Group, which operates over the basis of the technical support and expertise in a wide yet specialist range of activities that include all the knowledge areas of the company.
